Technical description:
The horizontal internal combustion three-way fire tube fuel, gas steam, and hot water boiler consists of the main components such as the boiler body, combustion equipment, front and rear smoke boxes, chassis, electric control box, and shell. The main body is a horizontal wet back three return pot shell structure. The shell cylinder is cylindrical in shape, and the front and rear tube plates are of a bent edge structure, which is welded and connected to the cylinder. The furnace core is a combination of corrugated furnace core and conical furnace core. The second and third return heating surfaces are composed of smoke pipes. The smoke pipe is connected to the front and rear tube plates by corner welding, while the furnace chamber is connected to the front tube plate and the furnace chamber is connected to the front tube plate by butt welding. The boiler uses ceramic fibers with high insulation performance as the insulation layer, and the outer shell is wrapped in steel plates.
The boiler can be equipped with various types of fully automated combustion engines, and is also equipped with a complete boiler fully automated design. The ignition, combustion load regulation, shutdown protection, pressure protection, pressure load control, overpressure protection, exhaust gas temperature over high protection, high and low water level protection of the boiler are all designed for fully automatic control and monitoring.
